Final Conference & Project Meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria

The Be Clean Be Fit project successfully concluded its Eastern European Final Conference for Anti-Doping Practices, bringing together more than 30 participants from the fitness sector across the region. Attendees exchanged valuable experience, best practices, and insights on how to promote a clean and healthy sports environment.

We were honored to welcome distinguished anti-doping expert from the National Anti-Doping Agency — Mrs. Elka Galeva who presented on the topic "Anti doping system and recreational sport in Bulgaria" and Mr. Hristo Chenov, coming from Athletic Fitness — who presented the powerful session for “Doping in Sports and Fitness: Health Risks and Future Threats.”

Their expertise offered participants a deeper understanding of the challenges faced in modern sport and the importance of prevention, education, and integrity.

The following day, project partners gathered for the Final Project Meeting, where they reflected on the achievements of the Be Clean Be Fit initiative and discussed key sustainability elements to ensure long-term impact. Partners also explored future collaborations and ways to continue supporting clean sport practices across the region.

Together, we stand united in our mission:
We all fight for clean sport!
